Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine! Please review my cancellation policy below:
• 24-Hour Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply.
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if proper notice is given.
