CANCELLATION POLICY

I value your time and mine! Please review my cancellation policy below: • 24-Hour Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply. • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if proper notice is given. ✨ Respect & Kindness Policy ✨ To keep Heavenly Lashes & Esthetics a calm and positive space, I kindly ask that all clients communicate with respect during appointments and messages. Disrespectful, rude, or aggressive behavior will result in the appointment ending and future bookings being declined. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.
